Processing of personal information

thisisGO does not collect any personal data about you on this website apart from information you volunteer, for example by creating an account. Any information you provide is not made available to any third parties, other than those working with thisisGO on normal business and is used by thisisGO only in accordance with the purpose for which you provided the information and will only be retained for as long as required for the purpose.

thisisGO will not process any personal information about you on this website without your permission, save in cases where thisisGO is required by law to do so, such as the investigation of a criminal offence by the Gardai, or a breach of the thisisGO own privacy policy.

thisisGO is the Data Controller of the personal data retained. Your personal data can be accessed by the thisisGO team and will be accessed only for the purpose of administering your profile. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose. Your personal data can also be accessed by Full Circuit for the purpose of administering the system.  Full Circuit is a “data processor” which provides services to thisisGO.  There is a contract in place to ensure your personal data is processed safely and securely.
